20-Day, No-Questions-Asked Returns
If you don’t love your Cloud Comfort product, you can return it within 20 days of delivery, no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, simply:

- Dm us on Instagram: @cloud.comfort.co
Please include your order number in said return message.
Process
- Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address (where serviceable).
- If pickup isn’t available at your pincode, we’ll ask you to ship it to us and will reimburse standard courier charges against a receipt.
- After we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2–4 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI, we’ll share a secure form to collect details.
- If you used a discount code, your refund reflects the actual amount paid.
Quick Notes
- Return shipping is free for the first pickup attempt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for immediate replacement/refund.
- Final-sale/clearance items (if marked) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
