As a small-batch brand, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order reference.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement where applicable.
