Process

1. Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address (where serviceable).
2. If pickup isn’t available at your pincode, we’ll ask you to ship it to us and will reimburse standard courier charges against a receipt.
3. After we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2–4 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI, we’ll share a secure form to collect details.
• If you used a discount code, your refund reflects the actual amount paid.
